For those who have purchased tickets on Eventbrite or our MCCLA webpage you will give your name that was provided to make the purchase for entry. For any MCCLA box office purchases, please have your receipt ready to show proof of purchase. There will be a separate line for guest list entry.
Our Coquito contest and meal portion of the evening will take place promptly between 4-4:45pm and our food service will end and exactly 4:30pm. If you are looking forward to this portion of the evening we strongly suggest early arrival to line up for entry. We will not be able to continue food service after 4:30pm.
We will be asking that everyone move down to the theater at 4:45 to get seated for the film screening starting at 5pm. Keep in mind the performance will take place shortly after the film screening so if you want the hottest seat in the theater please kindly & calmly make your way downstairs at 4:45pm.
Again, we will be at full sold out capacity. Your assistance with helping us in running things smoothly by following the above flow will enable everyone in attendance to enjoy a beautiful evening celebrating and enjoying the music of the Missions very own, John Santos!
There will be no walkup tickets available.
Doors open at 3:30pm. Everyone in attendance will be required to sign in with name, email, and number information before heading upstairs to our gallery for meal and Coquito contest.
If you need any assistance while you are in our center please locate a MCCLA staff member or volunteer and we are happy to ensure you’re helped.
